In 1990 - I did my first Lakota Sweat Lodge.  We began by re-wrapping All of the ties on the Willow.  Yes a Vision. 

Soon ...I began having large Balls of Light traversing my Body and one night a Violet streak of light entered my Bedroom at the same time as a crack of Thunder.

In 1991 - I flew to New Mexico, drove to Taos, for "Warriors Wisdom" with Stuart Wilde.  100 of US from around the world - Walked on Fire, Sweat Lodged, High Wire walked over Ravines and Listened to Nature. 

After the 5 days - I was told by the facilitator to go to Hopi.  So I went and a Grandmother invited me to stay.  Then Grand Cayon, Sedona, Canyon de Chelly for Spider Rock.

1992 - 11/11 - Stone Henge - England

When I moved to New Mexico in 1993 - I was struck by Lightning.

I remember the day, in 1997, that after 25 years of meditation and study – the whole Energy of the Universe graced my Life.

I began a climb out of self-imposed incognito land and started working on credentials. Up to this time Healings had been on my dining room table or in hidden corners of group meetings. The journey began with 1500 hours of Cranial Sacral Training with the Milne Institute, 750 hours of massage school and 2 levels of cadaver Anatomy. This all took place in a matter of 2 years. During this time I also under went extensive dental work and found an innate ability to Feel the Fluid Tide (not the cranial wave). Strange events would take place and I called my mentor at the times for help Hugh Milne. He gave me the Rumi poem: Buoyancy – and no instruction.

Buoyancy
Love has taken away my practices
And filled me with poetry.
I tried to keep quietly repeating,
No strength but yours,
But I couldn’t.
I had to clap and sing.
I used to be respectable and chaste and stable,
But who can stand in this strong wind
And remember those things?
A mountain keeps an echo deep inside itself.
That’s how I hold your voice.
I am scrap wood thrown in your fire,
And quickly reduced to smoke.
I saw you and became empty.
This emptiness, more beautiful than existence,
It obliterates existence, and yet when it comes,
Existence thrives and creates more existence!
The sky is blue. The world is a blind man
Squatting on the road.
But whoever sees your emptiness
Sees beyond blue and beyond the blind man.
A great soul hides like Muhammad, or Jesus,
Moving through a crowd in a city
Where no one knows him.
To praise is to praise
How one surrenders
To the emptiness.
To praise the sun is to praise your own eyes.
Praise, the ocean. What we say, a little ship.
So the sea-journey goes on, and who knows where?
Just to be held by the ocean is the best luck
We could have. It’s a total waking up!
Why should we grieve that we’ve been sleeping?
It doesn’t matter how long, we’ve been unconscious.
We’re groggy, but let the guilt go.
Feel the motions of tenderness
Around you, the buoyancy.

All the Ancient Wisdom teachings from every tradition exude the Alchemical Story of Awakening. Alchemy became the Map of Integration for all of the experiences and studies.

The next credential was my Doctorate in Natural Medicine.
During this time I began a year study with a Peruvian Shaman. I went to Peru 3 times and participated in 20 Ceremonies in one year. This plant medicine showed me the depth of the Universe and how to Manage the Energies of the “altered states of consciousness”. I was honored to Listen to more than 700 testimonies.  After this venture – it became clear to me to Investigate these shifting Realms with a natural state and see if it was possible to change Landscapes aka frequencies with just my own Awareness. This is the basis for this body of Mentoring. Yes, it is possible to be guided from the inside and with some outside Mentoring to Master and Evolve this Human condition. It is Breathtaking and annihilating at the same time and takes focused ruthless commitment to stabilize in midline.

A French Druid came thru Santa Fe teaching Geomancy.  When we met he gave me a stone from Charte (the Cathedral in France).  I burst into Flames (as though to spontaneously combust).  In the study of Geopmancy - my body could find the places where the Telluric and Cosmic energies where out of Harmony.  Dominique (the French Druid) showed me how to "cure" these areas.  He had me stand very carefully in the middle and exude LOVE.

My next Osteopathic mentor came at this time. I received sessions and counseling with one of Jim Jealous’s apprentices for two years. Steve Curtain was able to tell me the anatomy of what I was Seeing.  Neutral, Midline and the Breath of Life became part of my repertoire with deep spaces of Dynamic Stillness entering into my Being and changing everything from Structural alignment to the Openness of my Heart.

In 2003 - the Sweat Lodge Fire Pit(Lakota) at my Home was honred with a Mayan Fire Ceremony and then on Oct 8, 2003 - Harmonic Convergence another Fire Ceremony was done by ShantiMayi (Hindu lineage holder).  A Trinity of Ceremonies United.

I have participated in Lakota ceremonies extensively.  Had a Sweat Lodge at my home for 3 years.  Of course - this was a deep Karmic debt.  The first one - after 1.5 years was taken down by Fire - when I had to move.  The second one was taken down 1.5 years later - by Water. My compassion now tells me that – to each person the guidance is unique. There are stages of Initiation that we all pass thru and no one can bring another with them. I was Honored to be taken to two Sundances the year I turned 50.  The first one - I sang for 4 days with the Drum beating the Frequency of the Divine Heart.  The second one was at Rosebud - Leonard Crow Dog's in South Dakota.  A Heyoka Ceremony.

In 2006 - I was taken to an Apache Grandmother.  The 'walk- back' Ceremony initiated the physical Initiation of Menopause.  The ceremonies all required keeping One's eyes and heart Open thru the Underworld journey. It is only by Grace - One makes it thru these traditions Whole  and Complete. 

EVERYTHING IS REVEALED.

In February of 2007 - I went to India - to meet Shakti.

Alchemy, Tibetan Mysteries, Native American ceremony, South American Ceremony, Mayan Ceremony, Qaballah, Osteopathy, Feng Shui, Art, Music, and Dance have all come to be One Voice to Listen to with my whole Being.
There are no differences at an Expanded version of Consciousness – there is only One Event going on. There is no Ownership of information. The Secrets are revealed to each person thru Awake living and become unspeakable and yet undeniable with Presence penetrating every moment.

My Vision is Deep. It is now time for some people to take full responsibility for Life on this Planet. The Quality of Healing is Simple with each Breath awakening the Essence and healing the body. Aware consciousness accelerates the journey. I say – Stop the Nonsense. It really doesn’t matter what modality you do or what you call it – it matters Who you are.
